Because all of our artwork is delivered as instant digital downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a file has been purchased.

However, we want you to love your print. If the colour you chose isn’t quite right, you can request an alternative colour version of the same design. A small $5 design fee applies for this service.

To request a colour change, simply contact us at [your email/contact form] with your order number and the colour you’d prefer, and we’ll get a new file sent to your inbox.
